Return & Exchange Policy
Damaged or Defective Merchandise:
Upon receipt of your order, please open the package immediately and inspect the contents for damage or manufacturing defects. If any item in your order is damaged during shipping or if you find any significant manufacturing defects, please call us at (949) 551-8089 or e-mail us at email@example.com (or use the contact page on the website) to request a return authorization. We cannot accept any returns without prior approval. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned merchandise, we will either exchange your item or issue a full credit in the amount of the original purchase price. Returns requested after 7 days of receipt of an order will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
We are unable to offer refunds for digitally downloaded merchandise, including songs and PDFs. Please confirm that your order is correct before completing your purchase! If you receive a file that you cannot open, please contact us for assistance. Any digital download can be re-downloaded on the My Account page.
General Returns (except digital downloads):
If you are not satisfied with your product or would like to return it for any other reason, we will accept returns within 14 days of purchase, in salable condition and refund your original purchase price minus shipping costs. If an error is made on our end in sending purchased merchandise, we will send a pre-paid envelope to return the incorrect item and happily exchange it for the correct item.
